My son-in-law is working 14 hours a day. He rides a motorcycle and must have a hot meal. Who knows how to keep food warm for so long? There's no place to eat at work heat. And fits on a motorcycle. Thank you!

You can not. If it stays warm while you cook and really bad on. Or at least time is bad, because bacteria will grow, which are already bad.
I do not see anyway to keep the heat in so long. More information about the workplace would be helpful. All that will be used as an engine to heat food.
