It is a chamber 4, 1 passed, and I am loading is treble damages of $ 1150 rent, tenants pay utilities, is near a university campus
How do I protect my house? How can I avoid house "extra strong" tenant? How can I fix this problem, I can just throw? I'm scared! :-)
It's my life-investment, this house.
Should I guarantee for all tenants who are motivated at all to keep good things?
