Recently I had a Motorola RAZR V3i. I Mobile Phone Tools from the Internet. When I opened my phone to my computer via a USB cable, MPT, and there is a phone on my screen. But not recognize my phone. And, regardless of format, ringtones and pictures are wrong. Can anyone help?

No more than one defect.
Make sure the cable (perhaps newinstall).
Check (the battery of the phone must be complete).
Check the installation of the MPT.
