After suffering from depression, I can say it is very difficult to get help. It may take weeks or months, just to visit a doctor. There is no emergency service for people with mental health problems. No one comes to the rescue.
People with mental health problems are despised, even in hospitals.
Anyone who has suffered from a mental health problem, knows there comes a point where you need immediate assistance. Often, this support can not be found. Touchy Feely hotlines are not very helpful.
